1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) product before it is officially released or becomes available for shipment.
Pre-order products are clearly identified on our website.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise stated, payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order.
Your reservation is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully authorized.
If payment cannot be processed, your pre-order may be cancelled.
3. Release Dates
Release dates displayed on our website are provided by manufacturers or distributors.
These dates are estimates and may change without notice due to production, shipping, or distribution delays.
PokéCrat is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as inventory becomes available and your order has been processed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated at checkout or separate shipping has been selected where available.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:

6. Product Allocations
Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors may reduce the quantity of products allocated to retailers.
If PokéCrat receives fewer units than expected, orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund for the unavailable item(s).
7. Price Protection
Once your pre-order has been confirmed and paid, the purchase price for that item will not increase, even if the market price changes before release.
Likewise, we do not offer price adjustments if the product price decreases after your pre-order has been placed.
8. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been prepared for shipment.
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
PokéCrat reserves the right to cancel a pre-order if:

9. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains several pre-order products with different release dates, shipment may occur once all items are available unless separate shipments are offered or selected.
Customers who wish to receive products as they become available may wish to place separate orders.
10. Product Changes
Manufacturers may change product contents, packaging, promotional items, or release dates without notice.
PokéCrat is not responsible for manufacturer changes that occur after a product has been listed for pre-order.
